What we assess
Window droplets, marks in cold corners and musty odours may be related to condensation. Ventilation, temperature and thermal bridges affect the risk.
We examine the symptoms, the building context and possible sources of moisture. Measurements are interpreted alongside the inspection; a single reading cannot establish the cause on its own.
Treatment guided by diagnosis
We consider relative humidity, temperature, occupancy and ventilation. Measures may combine air renewal, control of indoor moisture sources and thermal improvements. Mould remediation depends on the material and extent; painting over it does not address the cause.
Options are proposed after assessing your property. These may include repairs, waterproofing, ventilation, humidity control or maintenance. Suitability and results depend on each building’s conditions.
